Join Our Team as a Mobile Windscreen Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Windscreen Technician to join our team at Auto Windscreens. As a Mobile Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our customers, working independently and as part of a team, and building a career with a national business.

About the Role

As a Mobile Windscreen Technician, you will be the smiling face that meets and serves our customers. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged glass on all types of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, collaborate with regional team members, and identify opportunities to develop our service and feedback to the business.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and replace damaged glass on all types of vehicles

  • Maintain and develop an industry-leading knowledge base and set of skills
Requirements
  • Automotive or mechanical experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Acknowledge outstanding customer service
  • Positive approach and take pride in everything you do
  • Willing to build a career and support your fellow team members
  • A full valid UK driving licence
