About the Role

We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our team as Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) in our Back of House department.

As a Nandoca, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant is clean, safe, and fully operational. Your responsibilities will include following cleaning rotas, setting up and maintaining workstations, and handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards.

We're looking for people who are passionate, willing to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional results. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do
  • Follow cleaning rotas and suggest further cleaning jobs to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Set up, maintain, hand over, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations
  • Handle deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
  • Follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures
