Clinical Psychologist

The Middleton Fells team is seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Psychologist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist to provide high-quality care to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
You will be responsible for facilitating MDT working, collecting and analysing data to inform service delivery, and contributing to the development of our clinical governance structures. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to create empowering environments where the adults we support can flourish.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Assistant Psychologists and contribute to their professional development
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to achieve positive outcomes for adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Collect and analyse data to inform service delivery and development
- Contribute to the development of our clinical governance structures
- Provide high-quality care to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
