As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing:

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of 6 professionals
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service and nurturing relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Managing all daily operations of the branch while adhering to company standards and protocols
  • Overseeing online sales for our independent platform and guaranteeing timely and complete order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team management
  • Background in customer service or sales; experience in the trade sector is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and cultivate relationships

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts.
