Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counseling Chinese students on UK primary, middle school, and Foundation course applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to counsel Chinese students on UK primary, middle school, and Foundation course applications
- Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Understand and promote our education services to student customers
- Develop and implement application plans for students and convert inquiries into sales
- Conduct surveys and analyze customer feedback to improve our services
- Compile and analyze sales figures to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and sales targets
- Meet sales targets and prepare relevant reports for senior management
Requirements
- A genuine interest in the lower-age education consulting industry and a desire to learn and develop continuously
- Educated to a master's degree level (or equivalent experience/qualifications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team under high pressure
- Good IT skills and learning ability
- Good Chinese and English language skills
- Sales or customer experience an advantage
