Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with at least 2 years' experience in document automation to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with various stakeholders, including clients, and will be comfortable with meticulous attention to detail, high organization, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our proprietary document automation solution to automate and streamline our document processing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document automation to continuously improve our processes and solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in document automation.
  • Strong background in working with various stakeholders, including clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with proprietary document automation solutions or tools like HotDocs or Contract Express is a plus.
