About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring the business is their preferred supplier.
    • Regularly communicate relevant account information to all stakeholders.
  • Account Management
    • Develop individual customer strategies to meet growth expectations in sales, margin, volume, and new product development (NPD).
    • Conduct market analysis, including competitor products, packaging, unique selling propositions (USPs), and marketing strategies.
    • Attend industry events, trade, and consumer shows to enhance the above responsibilities.
  • Project Management
    • Manage all projects related to your customers, acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure project plans and actions are structured, communicated, and delivered on time and in full.
    • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to improve project outcomes for both the business and the customer.
    • Support colleagues fairly.
  • Health and Safety
    • Fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the Company Safety Manual, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and associated regulations.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, ideally within a contract pack or private label environment.
  • Project management experience managing key accounts and customer relationships for private label accounts.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel.
