About The Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Procurement Planning Associate to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Procurement Planning Associate will assist the Procurement department in realizing our vision for a sustainable energy future through responsible and innovative supply chain practices. This role involves contributing to and leading various projects and initiatives that may span multiple areas within the function.

Our supply chains are at the forefront of our strategic plans, positioning the Procurement team as a key player in achieving our Net Zero objectives. Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the Procurement Planning & Performance Team, implementing a comprehensive strategy that encompasses planning, forecasting, performance enhancement, and leadership reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on procurement business planning policies and ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Assisting in the development and management of business plans to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborating with Finance Business Partners to provide financial oversight for procurement activities.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate procurement initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Analyzing complex data sets and summarizing findings for procurement managers.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and managing issue resolution.
  • Overseeing the Procurement Global Planning System, ensuring effective monitoring and training.
  • Supporting the Planning Specialist in maintaining high standards across procurement processes.
  • Coordinating key service delivery activities to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identifying data inaccuracies and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

About You

  • You will possess strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and enhancing user experience.
  • You should be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in data analysis and developing key performance indicators is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools is required.
