Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a rapidly-expanding construction consultancy. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the Cost Manager/Senior QS to run accounts/projects, liaising with clients & subcontractors, compiling cost reports, conducting face-to-face meetings throughout projects, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Cost Manager/Senior QS to manage project finances and accounts
  2. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  3. Compile accurate and timely cost reports to inform project decisions
  4. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with project stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any concerns
  5. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

You must have previous experience working on JCT Design and Build projects, as this will be integral to your day-to-day work.
