We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.
Our ideal candidate will be caring, fun, and up for a challenge. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene as required
- Administer medication as required
- Support with preparing and cooking meals
- Accompany customers to medical appointments
- Support with social activities and independent skills
- Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keep accurate records and update care plans as required
- Stay up-to-date with training and professional development
