Recruitment Coordinator - Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to support our client, a prominent retailer. The ideal candidate will possess experience in recruitment, payroll, or resource management, although comprehensive training will be provided. If you have the right mindset and personality, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Working Schedule: Thursday to Monday - AM Shift
Compensation: £12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the onsite management team
- Conducting preliminary screenings of applicants for warehouse positions
- Facilitating interviews for various roles within the warehouse
- Assisting with the onboarding process and providing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintaining attendance records and supporting absence management policies
- Assisting with the submission of daily and weekly payroll
- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is advantageous
- Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and work hours
Qualifications:
- Proficient verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Flexible approach to work schedules
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- A sense of humor and strong interpersonal skills will be beneficial
