We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Laboratory Technician to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out analysis and sample processing using designated systems in allocated work areas to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out microbiological analysis and sample processing using designated systems.
  • Work in a quality-controlled environment, adhering to GMP/GLP standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Utilize computer literacy and basic software packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • Bioscience or biology background (ideally).
  • Previous experience in a quality-controlled environment (advantageous).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in basic software packages.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, a temporary full-time position with a minimum duration of 3 months, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic laboratory environment.
