Job Title: Client Relationship Executive - Construction Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Handling incoming client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as the sales team, to provide seamless service to clients
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to up sell or cross-sell to existing clients
  • Monitoring client accounts and maintaining accurate client records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client relationship role
  • Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in sales order processing systems
