Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at New Appointment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation and maintenance of our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Health, Safety, and Environment Manager in developing and implementing HSE strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams to ensure effective HSE practices are in place and maintained.
  • Deliver safety, health, and environmental improvement activities, and provide comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
