Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency, with a strong understanding of the Prime and Central London Property Market.
  • Ability to develop and maintain contacts for business growth.
  • Empathetic understanding of diverse cultures and their impact on business operations.
  • Dedicated sales professional with experience in a sales agency environment.
  • Capacity to contribute to business strategy development and implementation.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.

Compensation: Commission-only, 50-70% DOE, OTE £250-350K. Flexible working hours, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and discipline.
