Job Summary

We're seeking a commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, making evidence-based decisions, and maintaining attention to detail. Your enthusiasm and resilience will be essential in caring for our existing client base and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercially-minded with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Responsible for the decision-making process in the branch, acting quickly and making decisions based on what's right for our clients, teams, and the business
  • Care for our existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve shared goals
