About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Footasylum in Derby. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
