Role Overview

As a Mobile Tyre Technician, you will leverage your skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience while working in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage bookings through a digital device.
  • Order and collect stock from your designated base.
  • Load your vehicle and efficiently plan your route.
  • Travel to clients' homes or workplaces to perform scheduled jobs, adhering to the highest technical and safety standards.
  • Safeguard and operate the company vehicle and all necessary equipment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in removing, repairing, and fitting tyres, either in a workshop or in a mobile setting.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to effectively manage time, work independently, and make informed decisions.
  • A valid driving license with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring 44 hours per week, typically from 08:30 to 17:30 on weekdays, with a one-hour unpaid break, and 08:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays.

Additional Information

A company vehicle and tools will be provided for your shifts, including during the one-hour call-out period surrounding each shift.

As a Mobile Tyre Technician, you will cover for colleagues during their leave. You should be prepared to use your own vehicle to reach the base location and may need to stay away from home for up to four nights a week, depending on the coverage required.
