Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Junction One, Antrim. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on our products.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.

Requirements
  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor with a customer-centric style.
  • Able to motivate and develop a team that's more like family.
  • Passion for excellent customer service and a willingness to learn and develop.
