Infopro Digital is seeking a skilled Researcher to join its Barbour ABI brand. As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in researching current construction projects to generate opportunities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on construction projects using various sources, including the telephone, internet, and other communication channels.
  • Interact with customers through our internal CRM systems to provide project information and answer queries.
  • Manage your workload to ensure project information is up-to-date, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project volume and data quality.
  • Liaise with colleagues within the business to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Build relationships with contacts in the construction industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an outbound calling role, preferably in research, debt collection, account management, or sales.
  • GCSE pass in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent qualification.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
  • Resilience and strong work ethic.
  • Dedication to producing high-quality output.
  • Team player with a sound understanding of your role in supporting the wider team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytical skills.
