Our team members are the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand ethos. Above all, our Retail and Café Specialists are effective communicators who can assess customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance sales through exceptional customer service, product expertise, and effective merchandise presentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Peloton Studios, providing insights on retail, café, and studio experiences.
- Deliver exemplary customer service consistently.
- Collaborate professionally with fellow team members.
- Assist in maintaining the visual and physical standards of the retail and café areas.
- Address member feedback professionally and courteously, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Support the Group Booking and Events department with member-organized gatherings.
- Provide assistance during on-site member events and experiences.
- Ensure the highest level of service for members, prospective members, and guests.
- Greet members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assist members with inquiries regarding class offerings, instructors, event tickets, promotions, or upcoming activities.
- Receive and verify deliveries of food stocks and supplies.
- Engage in visual merchandising to optimize sales opportunities.
- Manage the timely entry of saleable items into the CMS.
- Oversee stock and inventory management in both retail and food & beverage areas.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the current offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambitious, diligent, and team-oriented.
- A passion for fitness and a balanced lifestyle.
- Availability to work weekends and late evenings; flexibility is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Apple products, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
