Job Summary

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the company's multidisciplinary consultancy, working on a diverse portfolio of projects including Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotel, Leisure, Retail, and Restoration schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert quantity surveying services to clients, including Employer's Agent, Project Management, Procurement, and Dispute Resolution.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • MRICS accreditation or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering quantity surveying services in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
