As a Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing creative concepts for client campaigns and projects
  • Designing presentation and pitch decks for clients using PowerPoint
  • Working across brand design, creative campaigns, infographics, print, and digital assets, basic animation
  • Sharing knowledge with junior team members
  • Supporting the Creative Director with pitches and larger projects
  • Advocating for the agency and striving to deliver exceptional creative work for clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A design degree or equivalent
  • Experience working as a Senior Designer in a fast-paced agency environment
  • A portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across various creative channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, and AfterEffects or Premiere

We're based in Worthing and offer a hybrid working policy of four days per week in the office. You'll need to live locally to make this feasible. We're unable to consider candidates who cannot work onsite in Worthing four days per week.

The salary for this role is £45k-£55k with a corporate benefits package.
