Job Description

Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Intec Select is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to support the delivery of core products, systems, processes, and associated business initiatives. The chosen candidate will have strong capabilities in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting business analysis to identify and evaluate solution options, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder identification and management to ensure a wide range of perspectives are reflected and optimized throughout the change journey.
  • Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, validating, and verifying business requirements for selected solutions, including functional and non-functional perspectives.
  • Delivering requirements traceability from desired business outcomes to software development and acceptance testing.
  • Supporting defined changes through to benefit realization, including project change evaluation, RAID identification, specification, and mitigation, and resolution of defects arising from testing.

Core Skill Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data modeling, test defect triage, stakeholder management, and traceability matrix is essential.
  • Experience of on-premises to cloud transformation programs is essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of requirements elicitation, RAID identification, and senior stakeholder engagement is essential.
  • Experience of JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
  • We value BA Professional Certification such as the IIBA's CBAP or the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
