Zeal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Kitchen Installation Specialist to collaborate with a reputable refurbishment contractor. This role involves working on various properties requiring kitchen installations and refurbishments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing a range of repairs, including but not limited to: carpentry, door hanging, ironmongery, patch plastering, painting, and basic plumbing.
  • Removing and installing kitchen units as required.
  • Executing wallpapering tasks and attaching wooden curtain batons.
  • Engaging in both reactive and planned maintenance activities.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in reactive and planned maintenance, particularly in social housing environments.
  • Asbestos Awareness certification is mandatory.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Possession of a van and necessary tools.
  • Public Liability Insurance is preferred.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in multi-trade work, particularly in kitchen fitting and related carpentry tasks.
