About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Energy Team, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of work in the energy sector, including commercial, regulatory, M&A, and projects.

As an Energy Associate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile deals with top energy companies and developers, both in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring that their energy-related projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE in the energy sector, ideally from a corporate, construction, or commercial background. You will have strong analytical skills, a keen interest in energy and renewables, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
