We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our Planned Maintenance team in the North East area. This project involves working with one of our long-standing social housing providers, requiring a strong ability to deliver a good client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Project Plans: Create and implement detailed programmes and schedules to accurately monitor and report progress.
- Quality Management: Identify quality expectations and incorporate them into the Quality Plan.
- Health and Safety: Implement all statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
- Resource Management: Secure and manage the necessary resources to deliver the project effectively and efficiently.
- Project Handover: Ensure a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to the customer/end user throughout the process.
- Communication Planning: Establish a communications plan and agree on accountabilities for team members.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience: A qualified, experienced, and professional Project Director from a property services/construction background with experience in managing social housing projects.
