Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to various maintenance tasks and updating the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems as instructed by the central helpdesk. This role encompasses both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) duties and general reactive repairs, which may range from basic property fabric repairs to collaborating with other technicians on more intricate fit-out or complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will be expected to perform the following:

  • Conduct Fire Alarm Testing
  • Monitor Water Temperatures and perform L8 Checks
  • Inspect Fire Extinguishers
  • Carry out Fire Escape Checks
  • Perform General Building Upkeep Checks
  • Assess the functionality of Warehouse Heating
  • Ensure all dock doors and levellers are fully operational

Additional Skills:
An electrical bias is considered advantageous. Responsibilities may also include:

  • Maintaining the Building Facade
  • Being on-call on a rota basis as the first point of contact for emergency maintenance tasks

Requirements:
This is a mobile position; therefore, candidates must be over 21 years of age and possess a full UK driving license.

Compensation:
Salary will be discussed during the interview process, based on the candidate's experience.
