We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Multi Trader to join our team within our Responsive Maintenance division. The successful candidate will be based out of our Croydon office and work on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repair and renewal works to a high standard
  • Provide timely advice to supervisors on the need for additional trades
  • Work independently on specific tasks, utilizing problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  • Collaborate with other operatives to complete tasks efficiently
  • Complete daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used
  • Meet productivity targets and deadlines to ensure successful project completion

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

To succeed, you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Providing exceptional customer service is essential.
