Cleaner - Norwich

£11.44 Per hour

Norse Group's Cleaning Division provides professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas across East Anglia.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Norwich, working on a casual basis with AM & PM shifts.

The Role

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in designated areas. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including mopping, hoovering, wiping down, and emptying bins.
  • Building relationships with clients on site and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, as well as:

  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
  • Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
