We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to work in North Lincolnshire, transporting passengers between their homes and designated destinations, such as Community Hubs and schools.

The successful candidate will work flexible hours, split between morning and afternoon shifts, to accommodate transport needs. They will be expected to demonstrate empathy and understanding of passengers' requirements.

Experience in driving minibuses is desirable but not essential, as the successful candidate will undergo training in the Minibus Driving Awareness Scheme (MIDAS). A D1 driver's license is required for the role.

The Transportation Coordinator will work as part of a team, providing a vital service to the community. They will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances, such as traffic conditions and passenger numbers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting passengers between their homes and designated destinations
  • Working flexible hours to accommodate transport needs
  • Demonstrating empathy and understanding of passengers' requirements
  • Undertaking training in the Minibus Driving Awareness Scheme (MIDAS)
