As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working as a member of the Consumer team, primarily performing activities relating to sales, including but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls and emails to the sales line/inbox
- Assisting customers with quoting and sales-related queries
- Following up sales opportunities
- Following the sales process to ensure regulatory compliance
- Assisting with reporting and hitting and exceeding B2C sales targets
- Achieving desired sales outcomes while providing superior customer experience
- Meeting sales targets, delighting the customer, maximizing vehicle sales through the company's vehicle procurement program, delivering agreed sales conversions of upsell and cross-sell products
- Delivering agreed KPIs for business units and completing regular reporting processes accurately
- Performing various administrative activities supporting the overall team effectiveness and its ability to achieve targets, including but not limited to maintaining company databases
- Meeting and exceeding sales and activity-based B2C targets, and developing an appropriate level of knowledge of our industry and marketplace
- Building relationships with the dealer network to ensure better access to stock cars, bigger one-off discounts where required to win deals, and better support where there are any issues
- High degree of self-motivation to achieving sales targets
- Proven sales and service results
- Experience of direct contact with customers
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team performance
- High level of accuracy in all work produced, demonstrating good attention to detail
