Role Overview
As a Content Executive, you will be integral to our mission of delivering exceptional SEO Content. Our current emphasis is on the WordPress ecosystem and technology sectors, and while we are already recognized for our excellence, we strive to be the best in the field.
Our team operates entirely remotely, having embraced this model since our inception five years ago. We prioritize the advantages of remote work, fostering collaboration, deep focus, and an inclusive culture that empowers every team member to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Content Managers and Writers to create outstanding SEO-driven content outlines.
- Assist in crafting detailed briefs for writers, ensuring they have all necessary information to meet deadlines.
- Proofread and edit content for quality and consistency before publication.
- Manage the uploading of finished content and support miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.
Position Breakdown
- 60% of your time will be dedicated to writing outlines.
- 20% will focus on proofreading and editing.
- 20% will involve uploading content and handling various marketing tasks.
Your role will require you to create comprehensive outlines that adhere to SEO best practices, search intent, and client specifications. You will structure articles to ensure that our writing team can produce exceptional final pieces.
Skills and Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Exceptional English editorial skills.
- Proven track record in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Understanding of content marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a fully remote work environment.
- Familiarity with WordPress (advanced skills preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities, crucial for remote collaboration.
- Open to feedback and solutions-oriented.
- High self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
