Payroll Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all payroll queries and changes for employees, ensuring the outsourced provider delivers high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all ongoing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll data.
- Work closely with the HR team to review payroll activities, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the outsourced payroll service provider to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator, with a strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our York office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.
