Job Title: Drama Educator for Secondary School

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Drama Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a Drama Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging drama lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, aligning with our curriculum objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Performance Production: Direct and produce school productions that showcase students' talents and creativity.
  • Student Development: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, nurturing their confidence and theatrical skills.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enrich our drama program and contribute to extracurricular activities.
  • Professional Growth: Stay current with developments in drama education and explore new pedagogical approaches.

Candidate Profile:
