Ganymede is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our complex rail infrastructure projects in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from construction to budget management, ensuring alignment with project contracts and owner needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project schedules, pay estimates, and procedures, collaborating with external managing partners and joint ventures to create a unified project plan.
- Engage with project stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns, and assessing project contracts, resolving conflicts and scheduling issues as needed.
- Enforce compliance with project safety programs and regulations, overseeing construction management decisions, and resolving disputes with project owners.
- Lead project closeout procedures, maintaining knowledge of company values and strategic plans, and performing additional assignments as directed by management.
- A wealth of experience in construction project management.
- Previous work on joint venture construction projects.
- Proven experience in bid-build, CMG, design build, and other alternative delivery projects.
- A professional qualification in Engineering or related field is a plus.
- A valid driving license.
