Grower Settlement Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grower Settlement Analyst to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our Agricultural Finance department, you will play a critical role in processing Grower Settlement Detail and ensuring timely payments to growers in line with contractual agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Grower Settlement Detail within Agricultural Finance, including monitoring and escalation of grower payment approval workflow.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, suppliers, and internal customers to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in agricultural finance, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills, with experience working with financial systems and software.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working at a supervisor level, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive attitude towards work and other people, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working within the agriculture sector, with knowledge of agricultural finance and payment systems.
• Experience working in an accounting environment, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• MTech system experience, with the ability to adapt to new software and technology.
