Project Officer for Care Worker Support

Dutton Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Officer to support the development of an App designed to serve Care workers.

We are representing a local authority that has been awarded funding from the Accelerating Reform Fund (ARF) to develop an App to support unpaid carers living in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the App developer, the ARF South Yorkshire cohort, and the Commissioning Team.
  2. Collaborate with other South Yorkshire partners to ensure the successful outcome of the project.
  3. Lead the co-production of the App content with a range of stakeholders, including unpaid carers.
  4. Maintain a project plan and risk log, and monitor the performance of project activity, milestones, outcomes, and outputs.
  5. Provide high levels of customer service to individuals engaged with the project, building good working relationships to successfully complete the project.
  6. Advise and challenge project stakeholders on agreed timescales, priorities, and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project coordination or management.
