Position: Paediatric Audiologist

Role Overview:

As a dedicated Children's Audiologist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments for children, utilizing both behavioral and objective testing methods.
  • Developing tailored care plans that cater to the needs of children, including those with routine and complex hearing challenges.
  • Preparing clear and concise reports to effectively communicate assessment results to referring professionals and other caregivers.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care strategies.
  • Engaging with children, young individuals, and their families to ensure effective communication regarding hearing health.
  • Managing your administrative tasks efficiently and prioritizing your workload.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient operation of audiology clinics.
  • Contributing to the advancement of services within the Children's Community Audiology Service team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A BSc in Audiology, with registration from RCCP or HCPC.
  • Previous experience in a Paediatric Audiologist role.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for community-based travel.
