We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our dynamic team at YORI Brighton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Direct and supervise staff during peak periods
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a managerial role within a cafe or restaurant business
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends
