We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ASD Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an ASD Tutor, you will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and provide one-to-one support in their homes or local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and sensory sessions tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Manage challenging behavior and develop strategies to promote positive interactions.
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support plan.
- Monitor and record progress, providing regular feedback to parents and stakeholders.
- Experience working with children with ASD or similar conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20-£25.
