Our client stands as a significant entity in the Wound Management sector, both domestically and internationally.

They are celebrated for offering some of the finest products available in the market and have ambitious expansion plans for the forthcoming years.

Due to a recent shift in their national strategy aimed at optimizing business opportunities, they are now seeking to recruit additional sales professionals in high-potential regions across the UK. They are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Regional Sales Executive to oversee the Birmingham area.

In this position, you will manage their specialized Wound Management product line and engage with both community and secondary care markets within the territory.

As the sole manager of your territory, strong planning capabilities and effective business management skills are essential. A solid analytical and commercial acumen is also required. The ability to operate a 'business within a business' is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for the industry. Additionally, you should be capable of collaborating with NHS stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach.

From an experience standpoint, familiarity with the Wound Management sector and a proven track record in medical device sales are preferred. However, accomplished medical device territory managers will also be considered.
