Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing insurance brokerage services to clients, managing accounts, underwriting, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insurance brokerage services to clients, including account management and underwriting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage client accounts, including policy renewals and cancellations.
- Analyze client insurance policy requirements and provide recommendations for optimal coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial insurance brokerage, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Excellent customer service and account management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance policy requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages an advantage.
- Relevant education or experience in a related field, with a degree in a related field being an asset.
