The Role

We're looking for a Hospitality Team Member to join our team, providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests. As a key member of our team, you'll work on reception, offering insights about the hostel and the local area, and ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, members, and customers.
  • Work on reception, offering insights about the hostel and the local area.
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
