This is a newly established role offering two full-time permanent positions with a competitive annual salary of £28,261.00, based on a 42-hour work week spread over five days (with alternating weeks of 48 and 36 hours). Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses a hands-on approach, incorporating general Night Porter responsibilities alongside supervisory tasks. The successful candidates will:

  • Maintain a Professional Environment: Ensure a high-quality, service-oriented atmosphere at all times.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Strive to exceed guest expectations through both operational and administrative excellence.
