Position Overview
Winner Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience post-apprenticeship.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing and rebuilding a variety of ground engaging buckets and attachments.
  • Manufacturing new components as required.


As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Supervisor and will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the use of general hand tools and oxy/acetylene cutting equipment. A strong ability to weld down hand multi-run fillets is essential for this role.
