Outcomes First Group is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Manager to oversee our young people's accommodation. This role is pivotal in ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable youth.
Salary and Hours:
Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team dedicated to the care of young individuals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the residential setting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (preferred or willingness to pursue).
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Extensive experience in a residential care environment.
- Strong understanding of legislation such as the Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards.
