About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Strategy Director to join our team at Safran Seats. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our industrial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our industrial strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, diversification, and innovation.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends, disruptions, and competitive landscapes.
  • Champion innovation initiatives, integrating advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 principles into our production processes.
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Lead efforts to integrate sustainable practices into our industrial operations, reducing environmental impact and promoting the use of sustainable materials and energy sources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial strategy, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful industrial strategies in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Strategic leadership, change management, and high-performance team experience.
