We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to achieve strong sales performance and driving sales growth through effective processes and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Executive team to achieve sales targets and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profit
  • Work closely with the finance team to secure the best deals for customers
  • Control used car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for the market area
  • Ensure all online adverts are done to company and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the motor trade
  • Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales
  • Ideal experience running a large sales team with a strong track record of success
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence
