We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at TechOhana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that meet industry-specific needs, including customer relationship management, complex billing, and service fulfilment.
  • Develop strong expertise in API integrations, enabling seamless communication between Salesforce and various external systems.
  • Design integration architectures that ensure the efficient flow of data between platforms, enhancing overall system performance and user experience.
  • Work on solutions that streamline order processing, fulfilment, and tracking in complex B2B settings, ensuring that the Order Management System (OMS) integrates smoothly with Salesforce for real-time data flow and accurate business operations.
  • Leverage Mulesoft to design APIs that connect Salesforce with a range of external systems and databases, ensuring robust, real-time integration across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Utilize Laravel PHP to ensure smooth integrations between Salesforce and any PHP-based applications or systems, enhancing flexibility and scalability in your architecture design.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in API integrations and Salesforce implementation.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with Order Management Systems (OMS) in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Mulesoft and Laravel PHP.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
